After drawing a picture of a one-shot lizard-humaniod character named Mona Lisa from TMNT (the 1987 cartoon series), this little bit of dialogue sprung up:
Me: Honey, if I were mutated into a lizard-girl would you still date me? Tony: Umm...I dunno...Would you have a tail? Me: *nod* Yeah. Tony: *pause for a split second* Well, then yeah.

Hola to all you freaks out there.
I probably won't be updating my blog for a while. I'm going to be in the middle of a move for the next ten days, plus I'm working on and off on a comic book project with Tony for a while as well as possible commissions that are just going to take up a chunk of my life. I'm also trying out new things with the Xen0ph0bia story, so maybe I'll be able to post a few character sketches of their new looks for all to see! I'm sure at least a FEW people miss the Xen0 boys, especially Luke and Dorian <3 onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.bloodandsteel.net/uploaded_images/donny1-749752.jpg">

My Inner Hero - Wizard!
There are many types of magic, but all require a sharp mind and a cool head. There is no puzzle I can't solve, no problem I can't think my way out of. When you feel confused or uncertain, you can always rely on me to untangle the knots and put everything back in order for you.
I love the Quest for Glory series. I don't think I've ever played more enjoyable games in my life. I mean, flashy graphics and a lot of ass-kicking are awesome, but the stories and characters in the QfG series are just more memorable. Lori and Corey Cole are brilliant writers in my opnion. Their games are filled with bizarre creatures and characters, interesting quests, and a plethora of hilarious jokes that take a keen eye to spot (well, most of them, anyway XD). The graphics in the VGA versions are amazing for their time (very early nineties) and the stories are very fun and well-written.
Needless to say, the QfG series was a large part of my childhood. Lori and Corey Cole, whatever you are doing now, you had a great influence on my life.
